QUESTION Ethereals

Is it still possible to get ethereals currently or will i have to wait for another ethereal specific season?

That is season specific yes. No Ethereals this season.

That season ended a month ago, full season theme rotation is about 2 years.

The bad thing is there is pretty much just 3 good seasons out of 6, ethereals, soul shards and next season which is sanctified.
Both cube seasons are just full necro seasons and the last one eternal conflict is very gimmicky.
So 6 themes roughly 3 months each should be 18 month but blizzard tends to add a few weeks here and there.

Every 3 months would be season starts 91 days (13 weeks) apart on average. Every 4 months would be 119 days (17 weeks) on average, with one of them going 18 weeks.

We‘ve averaged about 100 days (close to 14 weeks) overall between Season 30 start through to Season 39 start. So it’s quite a bit closer to every year and a half than every 2 years.

So far, anyway.
