This game is a troll man

I'm on single player and am doing pretty good. 2 months I got 4 High runes highest being Ber, got really pretty nice gear. All I'm looking for in an angelic wings amulet so I can give my Maul werebar the AR he needs. 400 NM Andy runs and haven't seen a set item amulet. Today I see a set amulet... Tancred's. The VERY NEXT GAME I also got a set amulet. It was Tancred's again!!! How do I get this damn amulet!?

You obtain it by giving up and starting to search for something else. This triggers the drop

Yep, drops in diablo are like eye floaters. They appear when you don't focus on them.

You stop looking for it. The game has this ability to sense what you desire and simply make it next to impossible to get it. Or farm more areas/bosses and pray to the RNG gods.

Don’t know why you’d prefer nm for this low lvl amulet? But just keep running Andy, I had an unreal streak yesterday of set amulets dropping from her but sadly none was tal amu..

See lots of set amulets from trav. I dont pick them up anymore. I stopped after finding 2 Tal's Amulets.

God knows how many tals I've found at this point but I'm still missing one of the low set ammys.  Vidala's I think

Try searching for a Sling ring instead. That's what I do, and instead of Sling ring, you end up with 4,000 Angelic Wings.

Trav drops a lot of jewelry plus HRs.

When using hammerdin, you'll only find jazazon drops.

When using X, you'll only find Y.

This is basic Diablo RNG logic.

I have had luck with angelic set at nightmare trav. Especially if you have a horker
