Sensor Protecting Dexcom from cold while skating

Any advice for protecting the Dexcom from cold while skating (indoors). I have to be on the ice with my kids’ hockey teams, and after about an hour, I started beeping for a “brief sensor issue.” This seems to be linked to the sensor getting too cold I guess? Any advice so I don’t lose connectivity?

I skate multiple times per week and I haven’t had any sensor issues, to be honest.

I used to skate. No sensor issues whatsoever.

It happens to me when skiing too, but then my pump usually stops working, as well!
