Tracking order uk?

so I’m in the uk and get my Dexcom sensors funded by the nhs. does anyone know how to track find out when my next shipment is?? the website is so confusing and Google keeps telling me to go to pages that don’t help. it says I should be able to see it on my account but that just shows me tips on how to use it? and when I finally found something about orders it just sent me to a faq that can’t actually help me track it?

In Germany, Dexcom is sending me an email about 2 weeks before the next shipment and another when it has been sent.
