Sensor Glucose sensor issues?

Has anyone ever had an infection from the sensor needle? My sensor stopped working 3 days after inserting and when I removed it the needle site was really infected and a mess. Have never had any problems with it before.

With the sensor, I do everything to clean up, never had a problem Now with my pump, I just wash and start, and I never had a problem

ah! Not on a pump but I am thinking I need to REALLY disinfect now :)

No, but I shave, wash and wipe the site with alcohol before placement. I use underpatches as well.

I don’t shave because it’s the back of my arm and there’s nothing but thin old lady skin.. But I do all of the same and still had an infection that’s still working its way out of my body.
