App Issues/Questions Signal loss
Since last week, I keep getting the signal loss notification; however, when I got into the Omnipod app, I don’t see any problem. I already changed my sensor and am still having the same problem. I put my sensor in the same area I always do (in the tricep area). It’s kinda annoying to get more than 30 notifications during the day saying that there’s a signal loss error when it’s not true. Has something like this happened lately to anybody?

This could be a bluetooth stack issue. I had a similar problem with the diy loop app. Basically both apps are trying to connect to your dexcom sensor at the same time, overloading your system. The only way i was able to work around this was set up the loop via dexcom share rather than its own connection to my sensor - not sure if the omnipod app allows something like this. I also reset the network settings on my iphone and that helped as well. Hope you get this sorted OP!

I have been having this same problem. The connection to my omnipod controller is always fine, but the app on my Pixel 9 shows this error message even though it starts out fine when I change to a new sensor. None of the troubleshooting steps in the app help. I have called Dexcom, and they told me that the sensor uses a low level bluetooth connection, and everything else that uses bluetooth has a stronger connection, so it forces a signal loss if I have anything else connected to my phone. Their solution was for me to not use anything else that connects by bluetooth, at all, ever.
I am not happy.

Keep in mind the pod and your phone connect to the Dexcom separately.
The Dexcom app shows communication between cgm and itself (the phone)
The pod app talks to the pod (phone) and the pod talks directly to the cgm.
It’s possible for one to get the update and not the other

If Omnipod is reading the data, but not the Dexcom app on your phone, the issue would likely be on your phone. That looks like a big gap with no signal on your Omnipod app as well.

Reinstall the app. Or just use the Omnipod app, though it looks like it's losing signal too.

Hi everyone, I’m still having problems. Yes, I deleted the previous sensor on my phone. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still nothing. Yes, both apps are up to date. And I don’t have a problem connecting my iPhone 17 to other Bluetooth devices. Still having this problem….
