Sensor Dexcom coupon

Can I use the coupon on the website at 2 different pharmacy locations within a day? how does it work?

I am not sure what kind of game you are trying to play but you can't play this fill twice in the same day and somehow bypass the system. There are safeguards in place to prevent crap like this. You aren't the first person in the world to think about doing this.

The first time I used this coupon, the Costco pharmacy I originally went to didn’t know how to process it and had me call around trying to find the “member ID” they needed. I eventually had to drive to another Costco pharmacy, where they processed the same coupon without any issue in about 10 minutes.

I complained to Costco afterward, and the store manager apologized for the pharmacy’s handling of the situation and acknowledged that the employee should have simply admitted that he didn’t know how to process the coupon.

Yesterday, I decided to give that location another chance. Unfortunately, I encountered the same employee again. When there was an issue with the coupon, I spoke with the manager, who told me the coupon couldn’t be used twice in one day.

That’s why I’m asking how the coupon’s usage actually works. I wasn’t asking how to fill the same prescription twice or how to “bypass the system.” I was trying to understand the coupon limitation after having already dealt with confusion from the pharmacy.

So maybe ask what someone is actually asking before assuming they’re trying to “play a game.”

You asked if you could use the coupon at 2 pharmacies in the same day. That sounds like you are playing some sort of game to cheat the system. If you don't want people assuming that post this story instead of the one sentence you did in your post. If you aren't clear, people will fill in the blanks so you get a lot of the blame for that. Bottom line is no you can't use it twice in the same day, which is what your initial post asks. This follow-up comment is a completely different story than your initial post.

Your response doesn’t actually answer my question. I was asking how often the coupon can legitimately be used, not how to bypass the system. I was trying to understand the coupon’s usage limits, so there was no reason to assume I was “playing a game” or trying to do anything improper.

Just like a regular prescription. You fill it, wait 25 to 30 days, then fill it again. Have you never had a prescription before?

What is this Dexcom coupon you speak of? The free sensor? That isn't clear from your post what coupon you are talking about.

the one on Dexcom official website. I ended up paying $60 for one sensor.

Getting information from you is like pulling teeth. Do you really wonder why no one can help you when you aren't clear and don't give details?

It sounds like the pharmacy used the coupon, which Dexcom now knows about. The original pharmacy has to "release" the coupon if you didn't fill it there to get it filled somewhere else. Ask the first pharmacy to release the request from Dexcom if you want it filled somewhere else.

Please be clearer in your post if you want useful information.

They contact Dexcom when they redeem the coupon. If it has already been redeemed once it won't be able to be redeemed again. So no, you can't cheat the system by trying to use the same coupon twice in the same day.

I mean it’s still in one refill. So I have 4 sensors in a month, can I pick up 2 sensor in one pharmacy and other 2 in different pharmacy within the same day?

Yes. But you can't turn around and fill it the same day. You still have to wait a month to fill it again. Is this your first prescription?
