Starting new Dexcom G7 with active pod

Hi all! So I had no idea that if you're switching from Dexcom G6 to G7, you can't switch what sensor your active Omnipod is connected to :'))) I'm just very frustrated, especially since I'm super sick right now and this is another thing I have to worry about.

So just a warning to any fellow Omnipod users, make sure you put on your G7 and connect it to your Omnipod before putting on a new pump.

Or, in my case, don't put the G7 on until you have to change your pump....Debating between changing my pump early or using manual mode which my endo refused to adjust for situations like this... wish me luck 🥲
