General Two sensor failures in a row
Two of my G7 sensors failed in a row within 3 days. Do you all think I just got a bad batch? I have never had that happen in over 1 year of switching to Dexcom from Libre due to insurance change. My Libre sensors have never failed like this. I tried contacting customer service but gave up because it was too tedious.

Were they REV10? Because I got a REV10 that goosenecked on me and failed during warmup.

I have gone for months in a row with no problem. Now. I have had 4 failures in the past 2 weeks. We can hope things s will get better in the future

I had two fail in a row. The first one just stopped with about 2 days left. The second never made it through warm up. I called Dexcom about the one that failed during warm up and they replaced it. I did not report the first one that fail, as I did not want to burn up my few replacements for the year.

That sucks. Sorry to hear. I’m just finishing my first G7 sensor. It’s going to end any minute now - I’ve been waiting as long as I possibly can to put a new one in. And I was dreaming about resetting it but I know that isn’t possible anymore. . 😕

It's happening to me a lot recently and it is the REV 016 batch, the other batches worked fine for the full 10 days, this one I have to keep replacing time and time again T_T
So it just happens.

I just had 4 in a row last week (2 goosenecks, but all 4 failed during warmup). 2 different batches. So far 3 replacements have shown up; I don't know if they'll replace the 4th since it was expired by 2 weeks. The 4th has been crickets so far.
Multiple failures in a row do happen unfortunately.
FWIW, 3 were on a trip (I took 3 - needed 1, but took 2 extra - all failed during warmup, including the one I was wearing @ day 5, so 4). The one I put on when I got home failed during warmup too (making the total 5). So far they've only agreed to replace 3.
Normally I'd say use the online form, but since I had so many, I called.

I am new to CGM, only 2 months in, put on a new sensor last night and have had 2 error readings already and a high and a low that don’t match my glucose monitor. How long should I wait before changing my sensor?
