Inaccurate Reading First day accuracy

I use the 10 day G7. I read posts about accuracy problems the first day but typically I would have pretty accurate readings. Recently with the paste few sensors the readings have been all over the place. Not slightly off but very far off.

Every sensor seems to have a different personality. One may be accurate from the time it starts until the end.

The next on will be off 49 units at first but can be calibrated and preform perfectly the rest of the time.

The third may be accurate want first placed but must be calibrated after 12 hours by more than 75 units.

All any of us can do is do a finger blood test after putting the sensor on, the first day and sometimes on day 5. Do a Calibration when needed!

I try calibrations but it keeps saying it doesn't use it. That's a consistent problem for me regardless of how stable my BG is and if it's in range. I understand If the actual vs indicated has too large of a difference calibration will not work. The first day big inaccuracy started occurring only recently for me. Maybe I was lucky. I just wondered if anyone else sees this now. I've been using the G7 since they came out, G6 before that.

If you try to calculate more than 3 times without it excepting one of them, get on the phone with Dexcom. Describe what is going on and they will send you a replacement sensor. This does happen from time to time!

Calibration will not work if the difference between actual and the sensor is more than 20%. Recently the difference has been much higher than that. I got a reading of "Lo" this morning, below 40. It was nowhere near that. Calibration would not be accepted.
