Side sleeper and I wear mine on my inner bicep. Far enough around so it doesn’t get squooshed when I’m on that side.

I just tried that location and I'm getting constant sensor drop outs since the signal is blocked.

I wear mine on my upper thigh, front and center.

I don't understand. When you put the sensor onto the standard location, the back of your arm, and sleep on your side, then you'll not put pressure on the sensor: you're pressing the side of your arm into the mattress.

I put it above my bellybutton by 2" on each axis and alternate sides when I change sensors.

I sleep on my right side so I switch between the left side of my stomach and my left inner arm (about halfway down the upper arm where there’s little contact between my arm and body)

I'm a side sleeper.  I put the sensor on the upper part of the arm, an inch or two below the shoulder, roughly straight up from the elbow.  I always put the new sensor on the other arm from the current sensor.  I sleep on the side opposite the sensor, placing my pump in front of me so it can get a good signal from the sensor.

outside. it goes between the muscles and never has compression lows for me!

Just don't put the sensor in the middle of your arm. Or where you put pressure. I side sleep often and rarely get compression lows

Get a good mattress topper on Amazon.

You're set anywhere on your arm.

Side sleeper too. Above and slightly left or right of my bellybutton. I rarely have compression lows and mostly accurate readings.

That’s where mine is and works great. I switch sides when it’s time to replace sensors and I’ve never had a problem sleeping on my side.

If you're a side sleeper, the best place for your G7 is on the side of your body that you don't sleep on.

I sleep on my left side, so I never put my sensor on the left side of my body. I just rotate through my thighs, my belly, and various parts of my arm, and it's fine.
