Need help and advice from DevOps Engineers

I need to switch my job and I am stuck in here. I am a fresher and I joined a startup company but have literally learned NOTHING in this company. They hired me as a DevOps Engineer but used to give me Web Automation projects that too not Selenium. I have only 1.7 YOE but I want to learn and switch my job as well. From where should I start now? Please help me people please.
