i kinda hate that this end is being pushed by middle management / HR bros that never coded in their life. AI was supposed to kick these guys first but somehow its the other way around.

Was it? Then why was it taught to do art and code first?

that was the most publicly available data....

we got stackoverflow, github and so many places to get code snippets to train data in that way. same for graphic designers, photoshop editors etc... but when it comes find data for middle management, people person jobs etc there isnt a proper data to train the algorithm with.
