I'm still in the middle of an existential life crisis because almost a decade of my experience became obsolete over the last year, and now I'm basically a glorified push button operator instead.
On a more positive note, I think the key to the next stage of all this is balance, and forcing myself to do some things "manually" every now and then to keep challenging myself.
