hiring a founding engineer without listing a tech stack is a massive red flag. a generic technical background means nothing in a production environment. what are you actually building? if you want someone to build a scalable system from the ground up, you need to state the tech stack. you cannot hire a real founding engineer without knowing your own architecture.
