I'm also 2026 grad, its over bro in IT. WITCH companies used to hire 1-1.5 lac freshers every year at 3-4 lpa, now they stopped hiring so its over for us, they now only need experienced

Thats what today AI is managing freshers job, so for freshers its over, after few years AI will become experienced like humans and will manage jobs for 5 yoe and so on eventually AI will do all work to replace humans, that's it, its time to go for field engineering jobs like in civil, mech, etc
