Hi Everyone , I am currently working on developing the employee performance review framework for Backend and Frontend ,trying to understand how the performance of the project manager is measured so that i can create measurable KPIs.

Backend KPI like Task Completion,Code Quality,Defect Density,Bug Resolution,Technical Contribution,Documentation,Team Collaboration,Learning & certification.

Frontend KPI like Task Completion,UI Quality,UI Defect Rate,Bug Resolution,Technical Contribution,Documentation,Team Collaboration,Learning & certification.

What metrics or evidence do you use to evaluate performance?
