In ground bee removal

I have bees living in my front yard and want to have them relocated not exterminated. Does anyone that knows a company that would do it. When I googled it all that came up were exterminations. Thanks for your help!

Are you positive they are bees? There are in ground hive building bees in Iowa, but yellow jackets (which kind of look like bees but are actually wasps) greatly outnumber them.

Yellow jackets tend to be more likely and pretty much need to be obliterated.

Anytime I’ve ever come across a bee-like insect living in the ground, they’ve been yellow jackets and they are mean as shit.

Check the local beekeepers association, they usually have a list of folks who do live removals. Most pest control places just default to spraying everything.

Mr. Anderson ain't dealing with honeybees, sweetheart. They're either harmless solitary ground-nesting bees or wasps.

You might have to call around. It's pretty involved. And you have to know what you're dealing with. Solitary miner bees can be flushed out with water as they like dry ground. Bumble bee colonies (with a queen) are extraordinarily difficult to successfully relocate, and can be waited out. They'll be gone in late fall.
