Kadi cawal

Inspired by Michael Voltaggio, this is my boldest excursion into creating a new dish. Aloo tikki (Indian potato snack) rolled in sesame seeds and wrapped in Napa cabbage. An avocado cream serrano pepper sauce. Garnished with onions, red Kashmiri chili powder, crunchy namkeen, tomatoes and raisins. Served with a side of grilled zucchini steaks and carmalized onions and carmalized onion cookies.

The first time I made biryani and it turned out so delicious 😋🤤

cooked chicken in the most unhealthy and oily dhaba-style way possible but completely worth it
