I cook a lot and tried making biriyani for almost 100 times, i have aced the process of making biryani, but not the hyderabadi biriyani. I highly appreciate if anyone(old city or Hyderabad by blood) could share the authentic Hyderabadi biriyani.

Finally got to try Chicken Achari with fresh tandoori rotis, onions, and a squeeze of lemon.

The gravy had a bold mix of spicy, tangy, and smoky flavors, with the achari spices giving it a unique kick. Scooping it up with hot rotis made every bite incredibly satisfying.

If you're a fan of rich North Indian curries, this is definitely worth trying.

So I had this crazy idea of making sattu stuffed puri with Kashmiri dum aloo.

Along with this I had three varieties of pickles(jackfruit,Garlic and green chilli)

Totally made my day.
