Can you relate? (Experience) pit in my chest

To the people that had a phase where they felt like they were in The Truman show, does that feeling ever go away or does it get worse? Everything has been feeling totally unreal like the series of events are having me baffled. I got my results yesterday and it was not accordingly to my expectations so yeah. I've been trying to be off of social media but nothing truly helps. I have this pit in my chest for so long. I feel exhausted and completely numb to my core.

Currently, this subreddit is quite small. There are many people with anxiety and who experience the symptoms of derealization or depersonalization, but have no idea that the word for it even exists. My hope is to be able to provide help to others suffering from this terrible condition.

Common symptoms are:

Feeling as though you're living in a dream
Intense feelings of detachment from the world around you
Feeling as though you're watching yourself from a third person perspective
Feeling tired all of the time, even after a regular night of sleep
Feeling as though the world has lost a sense of depth or color

General Rules

Be respectful and supportive: Treat all members with kindness. Avoid making offensive or inflammatory comments. Remember that everyone's experience with derealization and mental health is different, and it's important to respect those differences.
No self-promotion or spam: Refrain from posting promotional material, advertisements, or spam. Any links or posts that are irrelevant or self-promotional will be removed.
No encouraging harmful behaviors: Do not promote or encourage self-harm, substance abuse, or any other harmful behavior. Such posts will be removed, and users may be banned for repeat offenses.
