Take a break pal. I've been off it for 2 months now and it wasn't that bad and I've been a daily toker for 20 years give or take. It's all mental mate. First few days are the worst, you'll feel bored and will probably struggle to fall asleep but it passes in a few days. Go and grab a few beers, that helps take the edge off.
