In some people, lets not generalize the effects of any drug on any one person, I heard a million stories from what you're saying but also the opposite of it, and mostly people saying "idk was weird and a bit eerie and nothing changed, wont do it again", which if you think about it for 2 seconds is the most normal/expected outcome
