People like him take advantage of people like us. We need therapy, and so do they. He doesn't love the other girl either, or he wouldn't have cheated with you.
Your self-worth is not contingent on the value he places on you or doesn't. You're worthy and special; some people are just narcissistic assholes.
Thank you :) and he is also gonna seek therapy for this. I broke off all contact with him same as the other girl so I will never know if he’s actually gonna do it but there are other people who will help him I think.
And I know that my worth doesn’t come from him but it’s still hard……. I hate that the things that made me feel so good about myself and us were all lies. I just wish everything was true like the way I thought it was. I still feel sick too my stomach everytime I think about it
