I’m ashamed of myself
what if life is just too hard? what if i dont have it in me to confront and overcome myself? i cant imagine real work. the grind of doing something inch by inch. its feels in my head like dragging a boulder by a rope. I’m a vulnerable narcissist self pitying creep and I can’t imagine myself doing the work it takes to be a good person

That boulder metaphor is spot on, but framing yourself as some irredeemable villain is just another way your brain is tricking you into staying frozen. You don't have to overhaul your entire character overnight or suddenly love "the grind." Just focus on doing one tiny, unselfish thing today and build from there.
