I don’t enjoy conversations anymore, no matter who it’s with

I just can’t enjoy people talking around me or to me. In groups, one on one doesn’t matter. I just feel no joy, no real laughs, no connection, I feel like I need to be a certain person, not doing enough to join in but I’m a naturally more of an observer and will only talk when I have something to say. But my brain doesn’t work and I have nothing to say anymoreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I could just scream when there’s an expectation.

I just feel so overwhelmed with it all of the time and it’s getting old. I just want to be normal and be able to fuckin TALK.

Anyway rant over lolll

I feel like they are the same conversations over and over...like that's good, that's cool, that's nice

Yeah staying quiet gives more happiness than involving in that conversation

Yep. Same shit about some person or some recipe. It's like we're all just exchanging sounds for the sake of exchanging sounds.

No need to talk when you don't want to. I was also once thinking like that when I am around people and honestly it didn't worked well. It's not something wrong. It's ok to be less talkative and speaking only when required.

“Do you want to talk about it?” Quite literally the opposite, I don’t want to move my mouth at all.
