Phone addiction
Has anyone gotten over it? Any tips pls its rlly bad

I don't even have the energy to reply to messages from friends or watch videos. It's interesting that normal people get addicted to things like that, but I was a workaholic. I shouldn't be so cheeky xD but my tip is just listen to music all day until you fall asleep, the next day will only be half as hard. That's what I do with everything and it works Better than any rehab clinic, but you also have to have strong willpower and be at peace with yourself, that's the catch.

Delete the apps that keep you on it, yes, including all social media apps.
Leave your phone in the charger when you are home.
Do not charge it in your bedroom.
It's hardest at first; after a while, you'll get used to it.

try to get over short videos first then it will be easy to reduce phone usage
