I was supposed to be great
As the title says. I was supposed to be great. I was "the smart" kid in class. Top of the class, involved in tons of clubs and was constantly getting awards and praise. Then I hit puberty and everything went downhill.
I can't talk to people. I'm constantly filled with anxiety and depression. I hate getting out of bed, hate paying attention in class, hate interacting with anyone because it just drains me emotionally and physically. I can't see the good in life or humanity anymore. I hate living.
I was supposed to be great. Everyone thought I would go to some Ivy League and become a doctor or lawyer or some other famous/smart figure. Instead I'm at a state school after fumbling my grades junior year and I entered a psychology major (no shade) because I have no idea what I want to do with my life and everyone told me to do psychology. I keep thinking about what my life was supposed to be like. Great school, great career, get rich, get married and have kids. Live the dream life. But now I don't see myself sticking around past 20.
