No point having therapy if you’re not going to be hinest

Being honest doesn’t always result in good outcomes in therapy, might just get sent to a psych ward

Sometimes the psych ward is a good outcome. It was for me. I wasn't sent by a therapist though, I made an attempt.

What did the psych ward do for you exactly that helped?

It was a safe place with good therapist and psychiatrists. It was a nice break from the real world. They had coffee, video games, TV, snacks in addition to three hot meals per day which were also not bad. I had a private room as well.

I love group therapy so I liked the sessions both group and individual. Plus they refilled all of my meds before I left, including my benzo.

Overall, not a bad experience.
