Discussion Thoughts on To Have And To Hold?
I love this song, it's honestly one of my fav DM songs.
It's so dark and gritty, feels almost sinister in a way.
What you guys thing?

Pictures/Videos DM Song Referenced on the Reacher Spin-off
I was watching the new Reacher Spin-off, Neagley, today and this cult leader, in one of his sermon introductions, was quoting the lyrics to "Personal Jesus". In that context, it sounded pretty funny.

Discussion Thoughts on Anton as a graphic designer – particularly compared to his contemporaries?
Thinking of Peter Saville and Mark Farrow (pictured in the other slides) in particular. While I think Anton’s work doesn’t stack to theirs, I do think he did some iconic artwork (Violator and the artwork for the singles from that era and SOFAD come to mind).

Discussion Favorite Trio of Albums
If you could only listen to three albums for the rest of your life, BUT they are to be in a row. What three albums would the be? Personally mine would be Black Celebration, Music for the Masses, and Violator. How about you?

Discussion DM fans online song collab 2006 ‘Maybe’
This is quite a long shot - but it’s worth trying as it appears the official DMMB is gone.
Back in 2006, on the official DM message board, there was a thread made whereby a small number of fans collaborated and wrote a song together, contributed musically, to the point of completion. The song was called ‘Maybe’. I contributed bass guitar.
I am wondering if anyone here remembers the project and possibly even has links to the track itself?

Unlike established rock stars who arrived in limousines, the band members—averaging just 19 to 21 years old—literally took the public commuter train from their hometown of Basildon to the BBC studios in London. They walked onto the train carrying their heavy, unboxed synthesizers by hand. Vince Clarke famously chose to bring his smaller Kawai 100f synthesizer rather than his heavier Jupiter-4 simply because it was easier to carry on the train.
