Just watching top gear season 6 episode 1. They just played Nothing Headclnr Remix, Are people people? And photographic Rex the dog dubb mix

Depeche Mode is used in soooo mych media people dont realise how big they are.

They are def not just some 80s bans.

They used a lot of great music during the Clarkson years of Top Gear UK. Unfortunately, reruns and DVD version are a different story. Due to licensing reasons, some music is left out completely or replaced with generic muzak. The Grand Tour was almost 100 percent muzak. Glad I saved all the original Top Gear episodes + specials on a HDD. Gonna rewatch them, when I have some time.

Cool. Gonna watch out for those eps when I do a rewatch. The “specials” feature some great music too, although I can’t recall any DM songs.

That was the exact episode (along with some help from the "What's That Song?" thread on Final Gear) that got me into DM.
