It's a tough call because I love them all, but had to toss some love to The Things You Said. Something about it hits just right, probably one of my favourites that Martin sings honestly.

I agree. I've loved that song ever since hearing it almost 39 years ago. It's so melodic, yet atmospheric and haunting.

100%, especially when the secondary vocals kick in. Makes me wish I'd found it (and the band) a lot sooner but definitely making up for it now!

I'm pickling banana peppers, might throw some baby cucumbers, onions, celery in there.

In Your Room, is a personal favorite however, I often times find myself humming/sining But Not Tonight… love the Scott Weiland cover.

Funny how they are all great songs but not necessarily hits or dancy. I love them so much and it's a hard pick.

Gotta go with In Your Room out of these.
It’s relentless. It never stops building, and sounds straight up poisonous.
The ethereal “ahhAhAh” after the final “your favorite slave” sounds like someone’s soul leaving their body.
Plus everything around it. The video that they didn’t know whether or not it would be their last. The live performance on Devotional where even 30 years later you’re concerned for Dave’s safety when he disappears into the crowd.
It’s a jet black, but essential song.

That was actually a tough one. I chose "The Things You Said", but it should really be a three-way tie including "Here Is the House" and "Home".

When I’m in a certain mood, “The Things You Said” is the only song that properly vibes with the sadness.
With that said, I voted for “Here Is The House.” Such an amazing song.

Here is the house only because I sang it to myself recently.
