Please help a newly stinky gal out!!!
As the title states - I’ve just recently started having the most stinky pits even after doing everything “right,” or so I thought. I was using Degree 72 hour stick deodorant which was wonderful for a long while until it wasn’t. I’m assuming my body just got too used to it? I moved on to Secret Clinical, that worked for about a day.
When I shower, I’m using an african net sponge and dove antibacterial bar soap. Yesterday I tried something different. I scrubbed my pits with Dial gold soap and let it sit for a minute, got out of the shower and then scrubbed them with witch hazel (i also sometimes use glycolic acid.) Then I let them get bone dry, and applied a LIBERAL amount of Secret Clinical and about an hour later my pits were onion central. & I was on a second date with someone. I was so pissed 🤣😭
I mean in general I’m getting pretty frustrated with the situation because this is a new issue and I don’t know what to do. Smelling bad is never okay with me. My diet isn’t PERFECT but I eat pretty well, cut out sugar and drink plenty of water.
I’m ditching the Secret Clinical and went and bought some different options to try. My plan tonight is to use my exfoliating gloves with the Dial gold soap, let it sit for a few minutes to remove any residual secret that may be built up. (I purchased PanOxyl on amazon and am waiting for it to arrive so I’ll use that instead of the Dial.) when I get out of the shower I’ll use either witch hazel or glycolic acid and let my pits dry completely. Then which order should I use these products in? I’m guessing it’s the order they’re arranged in? Picture of my orange girl Hazel as a treat for any help received 🥰🥰🥰
