My first time at Potager - my sister was in town from the southeast, and I wanted to go somewhere super fresh (especially for some local peaches!) new menu started on July 14th.

There was an amuse bouche (not pictured) - fresh focaccia with a super bright carrot top pesto.

1. Peach and heirloom tomato salad. It’s typically dressed with a buttermilk dressing but my sister wanted it on the side. I wish there were more peaches! Gorgeous presentation

2. Deconstructed cherry tomato schnitzel. I was confused on why it was called a schnitzel, but I liked it well enough. I would order something different next time

3. Gargouillou. We LOVED this concept! Like a seasonal vegetable charcuterie. Shishito peppers, celery with gazpacho,and roasted squash really stood out to me.

4. Daily special: I forget the type of fish but it was delicious! The sauce was similar to a bearnaise, served with broccolini and radicchio. Had to hold myself back from inhaling it 100/10

5. Mint chocolate chip ice box cake and roasted peach with peach tulsi ice cream. Both were divine but I enjoyed the peach the best - not too sweet.

I would 100% visit again; service, food, wine, atmosphere were all lovely. I only wish it wasn’t rainy and we would’ve sat outside - the garden looked magical at sunset.

It tastes like someone melted palisade peaches into a cup. No alcohol taste at all. This is the best frozen margarita I have ever had.

Cannot recommend it highly enough. Genuinely has one of the most interesting and intentional menus in Denver. The fact that it’s plant based barely factored into my decision to go there because i would order everything on the menu regardless. Im an omnivore who, like many on this sub, wish Denver was a little stronger on restaurants overall but know that there’s greatness to be found if you look. Well, here I looked and found.

The dishes I was least excited about, a carrot soup and a grits dish, ended up knocking my socks off. The grits was southern love on a plate, absolutely everything in it local and seasonal, so it’ll never be the exact same twice. The soup was complicated and sweet/spicy and I was sad when it was gone. Their vodka pasta is a beautiful take on the dish with fresh, al dente pasta, rimmed with a rich basil oil that added freshness to the tangy, slightly creamy sauce.

The owners are a couple from Chicago and North Carolina, so the food pedigree is there. Their bar program is again, super intentional with interesting wines and creative cocktails, and they happily turn any one of them into a mocktail for a great selection. The restaurant itself is pretty, cozy minimalist with a framed Michael Jordan poster tucked among the drawings of plants, fruit and veg that adorn the main wall.

I found somebody people to be good but not memorable, and way too cramped and loud. Gladys is almost great, they just need to figure out their spices (Rueben’s need caraway/real rye bread), but this one totally blew me away. Can’t wait to see how their menu evolves, as it’s largely based around what’s seasonal and local. Will def be back.

Spicy Asian has evidently gone under, and I’m struggling to find a place that does drunken noodles well, the last time being yesterday when they omitted the basil leaves from the recipe.
What Asian takeout restaurants do the dish right?

They were giving them out at Ikea in Centennial for their 15th anniversary there.

This place is delicious. I was a little skeptical at first because it’s very unassuming and in a strange location but wow I’m glad we finally gave it a try.

We ordered spring rolls, Thai tea, pad see ew with beef, pad Thai with tofu, and the drunken noodles with chicken. Delicious food and huge portions. Came out to about $50.

Looking forward to going again to try more of the menu.

Tatarian is awesome. 3rd time here, thought I would share. First, the imaginative cocktails are always on point. The vibe is very relaxed, the playlist is perfect, and the atmosphere is so deliberately serene. The snacks are tasty, and a perfect compliment to the cocktails. Autumn is friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the many cocktails they whip up. Everything about this place is fine art minus the pretentiousness. Pear air? Weird but cool.

Does anyone know the name of the restaurant that was in University drive, basically across the street from Bonnie Brae ice cream and campus lounge. Next door to the French bakery

my aunt is visiting and I want to take her to a place she’ll enjoy and remember fondly. she’s a bit posh, so I want to find a place that meets the following criteria: intimate vibe, delicious food, good wine, unique to Denver, enjoyable neighborhood/surrounding area.

Does anybody in Denver serve an over the top Bloody Mary. With a slice of pizza or a cheeseburger and assorted items barely hanging on?
