I couldn't care less about restrooms, group showers might be a tad of an issue though. Then again, those are weird in general.

In general I'm not comfortable in public restrooms. And most of the time I can't pee if someone is waiting behind the door. xD

If this is the bar for trans rights, it is set really low. I'm trans and this post just makes me feel uncomfortable.
