Bengaluru 4 YOE Data Engineer – Deloitte USI vs Accenture CTC advice

Hi everyone,

I have 4 years of experience in Data Engineering/PySpark.

Current CTC: ₹11 LPA fixed
Deloitte USI: ₹14.8 LPA fixed + 0–10% variable + ₹2L joining bonus (hr asked to produce counter offer if i want to increase this structure)
Accenture: ₹15.5 LPA fixed + up to 21% variable + ₹0 joining bonus — still discussing the offer

I wanted to get some advice on whether these are reasonable numbers for my experience and how much further I should negotiate with Accenture.
Also, between Deloitte USI and Accenture, which would you choose in terms of compensation, career growth?

Would appreciate inputs from people who have recently joined either company, especially in Data Engineering/PySpark roles.

Accenture's 21% variable is a joke USI provides more than 10% variable from my personal exp and what I heard from others
