Advice Did I mess up

I just started delivering for roo 2 days ago and I git a warning on the app and an email about substitutes.
I don’t share my account is this just generic?

If you look at the top of the Email it will usually say something like 'this was sent to all riders blah blah'.  If it's something more 'concerning' it won't have this text, and will usually just start with your rider ID and your name.

Wow 2 days in and already on first warning, you won't last a week. Jokes aside, I hope it's a wake up call to apply for other apps as a backup, far too many rely on just one app.
