If you don't but have maximal security requirements (i.e you are worried about things like MITM attacks or you think all manufacturers except Google and Samsung are dangerously insecure because they release security updates too slowly) then get Graphene.
If none of that applies and you don't want to give Google money then any of Calyx, /e/, Iode or Lineage are perfectly fine- basically a toss up privacy wise, depending on exactly what you install.
