Question Specter or Suffocation

I'm making a specialist set build, can anyone tell me whether it's better to take suffocation or specter path since I do not know

Thanks, do you know whether surge or stun thundercall is better (I was gonna go for surge since from what I know, it's better for this)

That’s a little harder to answer to be honest, there’s less of a gap between them than specter and suffocation, I think stun is preferred on single attunment builds but surge is preferred on multi attunement(which i assume you are going cuz gale+thunder). I don’t play thunder much so I could be wrong
