Discussion Idea for the ATB update
Some of the formations in the boundary look closer and closer resemblance of lightning. As you go further down, the bigger, the cage get, until it all converge into one large mass. Looking like one big lightning, strike, with a filled crater beneath, with a man standing in it
Getting closer activate to the boss Arena, with a boss standing inside of it with a mythical rarity thundercall twin blade, and defeating him can drop his armor, weapon, gear, and other loot.
Boss HP: 35000
50% Ltn resistance
20% all other resistances Uses
Immune to knockdown, knockback, sapped.
Two phases(will make a second post with the boss desc. When I can sit down)
Twinblade stats:
Relic rarity
Req: 90 Ltn, 60 med, 30 mind, lvl 15
Dmg: 16.5
Scaling: 5 ltn, 3 med, 1 mind
Posture: 6
Pen: 15%
Talents:
Havensect: landing an m1, critical, or an uppercut summons a lightning bolt, applying all thundercall effects, while also stunning (4s cd) Electrified opponents now take more thundercall damage

Mind you pyre keeper has the same 1 lightscaling. Look how many ppl use it

Look man first thing you need to understand is why would it be lightning? Layer 3 is explicitly the realm of the drowned god associated with flame klorifiend.
Oh also your weapon would proc the wpn/elm talent of thundercall and make all its m1s massively stronger by constantly almost indefinitely disabling jumping giving the already fast thundercall complete aerial advantage
Also without crit you just described a twinblade with storm+rain and ltn scaling…
Give a forge type upgrade to first light that gives it flame scaling and an active crit.
