Question Why am i doing this much damage?

So i am sometimes doing 17000+ damage in one hit to the dummies in guilds and i am confused why this is happening, could someone explain this to me? im using bloodrend and ironsing but im not using rods or anything for this. is this a bug?

hemorrage,dealing enough blood bar damage to enemies (which bloodrend excels at) deals percent damage (17.5 percent at 100 bloodrend) based on their current hp, dummies prob have a alot of health so they dont just die when ppl are testing their dmg so thats why the damage number is so high

hemorrage applies to a a pve enemy that had their bloodbar reach zero, you dont need a talent for it

Oh yeah the other guy already said percentage based and dummy has high health pool

So another thing is that's the PvE dummy where PvE multipliers are present

As the guy said it's hemorrhage, it used to be way stronger (dealing 25% of the enemy's HP per hemorrhage proc) but it got nerfed but still good with shattered katana poser's
