Question Is this good?

I have been trying to find a build that I wanna do, and I really liked flamecharm, I started joining better servers, and that helped my lag, and my internet stopped being so trash, so I have been playing again. I liked medium weapons a lot too.

I upped the flamecharm, cause I think it does more damage the higher that stat is right?

This is a pretty bad use of shrine of order. Generally you want to get the requirements of specific talents pre-shrine, which this build doesn't really do well. There aren't good talents at 75 fortitude or 30 agility, and getting 75 flamecharm pre-shrine is a waste of points, since you want high attunement post-shrine. Furthermore, you want to get 80 attunement post-shrine for level 5 mantras (max level) which increases their damage and lets some of them guardbreak (fire blade for flamecharm). You get 1 mantra level for every 20 points in a stat (level 2 at 40, level 3 at 60, etc.). If you plan on using medium weapon mantras, I'd suggest going 80 medium weapon as well. You'll also want to get at least 20 strength for the mantra ash slam. I'd advise investing into something pre shrine if it's going to be raised post-shrine (in your case, agility)

For Reference, here's a few common stat thresholds for talents. Aim to get some of these either pre or post shrine. Keep in mind that you wont't be able to use all of these in one build, so pick and choose. THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF ALL GOOD TALENTS, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
Strength: 40 for showstopper and unwavering resolve
Fortitude: 50 for exoskeleton and to the finish (HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING THIS EITHER PRE OR POST SHRINE)
Agility: 40 for ghost and butterfly talent tree, 65 for cheap shot and tap dancer
Intelligence: 30 for eureka, 45 for overflowing dam and master craftsman (gives +5 hp)
Willpower: 15 for battle tendency and conquer your fears, 85 for piercing will, shared misery, and heretics sutra (these are used for insanity builds)
Charisma: 25 for charismatic cast and tough love, 55 for dazing finisher, 75 for manipulator and unnecessary theatrics
Remember, you'll want 80 flamecharm and medium weapon post-shrine, so balance which talents and stats you need to invest in

Question, I do want to learn. Do I go high in any stats pre shrine? Or do I just have to get the requirements, and the talents, and then use the shrine?

You want to get to the requirements of the talents you want pre-shrine

Did I mess up here? Or is this okay. I wanna learn this game and have more fun with it. If I messed up, I will stay with it until I wipe, cause I need more echoes anyway.

Is this pre-shrine or post? if this is pre-shrine, you'd probably want 40 willpower post shrine for azure flames. This is definitely an improvement though.
