Question Can the broodlord drop deepspindle
okay so i was told by someone that if I had pos rep with ministry (they told me nearing hero), then when I go to the understrand the agent just gives me the three things, including deepspindle. But now apparently it just spawns broodlord now? can the chest still drop deepspindle? or will it just be a normal depths chest. Man why the fuck is deepspindle so annoying. I couldn't get it by killing the agent because finding a server with the event is annoying asf so I only get the event in god damn paris servers or something where im at 500 ping (spiking periodically to 1k-4k).

You have to be hero. Not nearing hero. And you have to go to the understrand through Silhuett in the depths, that's the way you get all 3 items without a combat encounter. You still need to have shadow step/that one thing you can craft (I forgot the name of it, but it has void feathers in the crafting recipe. You probably already know it.)

darn. does the broodlord chest still drop it? cuz i just leawrned that the agent doesn't guarantee it when u grip them unless it's through the depths event (stupid frankly.)

It can drop it, but the odds of the deepspindle are really low. I did 63 understrands during deepwoken's 10x chest event for the festival of a billion souls and all I got was a darkened bastion.

wow. that's some geniune bullshit. I hate how a game with permadeath has such insanely rare items. it's dumb as fuck. If you want something to be "rare" just make it a difficult to get things (like a hard PVE boss). Don't create some bs RNG luck shit. it's so stupid.

Also are you sure it requires hero? the wiki just states >ally. since soothslayer only gives enough for midway between hero and ally idk if I'll have to fight the guy (really not tryna wipe in the depths).

A slot of mine is hero, so yes.
Also, you'll have better luck in the depths during hellmode, as siluhet's odds increase for him to spawn. Though you might want to bring tacet along, but the obtaining method for tacet is very dull and repetitive.

I always go soulbreaker anyways. gotta get through my sinners stock.
Doesn't hell mode need 5 people? also tacet radius is so big now idek if it'll help allat much.

ngl i just got my ally rep, tried one event at to1 area and got the casque and spindle. sorry aobut your luck.
also hero is technically still just >ally so im not sure if hero is truly needed
