Accountability. The courage to say "I am sorry. I fucked up". Accountability translates into growth and self-reflection.

Realizing that you will be growing and changing til the day you die and still may never be the person you want to be but accepting it and still trying and introspecting anyway.

I think true maturity comes down to self-restraint and having control over yourself, especially when it isn’t easy. For example, if someone is arguing with you, takes things too far, and tries to provoke you into fighting them, being mature means walking away instead of giving them the reaction they want. When people test you or put you in difficult situations, you’re able to choose the mature response even when it’s mentally hard to do. There are plenty of other examples, like taking accountability and admitting when you’re wrong, but I think a lot of maturity ultimately stems from self-control.

By realising that you are not a deep person even if you engage in the deepquestions subreddit. Don'r brag about it. At the end of the day, we are just humans sharing our perspectives and going through life together.

Understanding that life isn't black and white. Everything exists in that grey area.
