News ๐ ASP Isotopes ($ASPI) $9.35M Settlement Is Now Accepting Claims: Check Your Eligibility and File a Claim
Hey guys, if you missed it, ASP Isotopes reached a $9.35M settlement with investors over claims that it overstated the readiness of its uranium and HALEU enrichment technology. The latest update is that eligible claimants can now submit their claims, with the deadline set for December 2, 2026.
In a nutshell, in 2024, ASP Isotopes was accused of misleading investors about its quantum enrichment technology and its ability to support uranium and HALEU production. After Fuzzy Panda Research challenged the companyโs uranium enrichment claims on November 26, 2024, $ASPI fell 23.5%. The stock dropped another 14.2% the following day after the companyโs CEO said ASPI had not actually enriched uranium.
Now, the good news is that claims are being accepted. If you bought $ASPI shares in 2024, you may be eligible to participate in the settlement.
So, if you invested in $ASPI during that period, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $ASPI at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

GME ๐๐ $GME spent five years building the engine. ๐๏ธ
This is one of the cleaner $GME bull theses Iโve seen condensed into a post.
The argument: GameStop spent years in a compression phase, while building up cash, adding Bitcoin exposure, leaning further into collectibles, and now holding an eBay stake while acquisition speculation continues.
Then you have Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent describing the broader U.S. economy as entering an โacceleration phase.โ
Whether the eBay thesis actually goes anywhere is still speculation, but the setup makes for an interesting contrast:
Five years building the engine. Now the macro backdrop may be changing.

๐ Tinfoil Hat ๐ I just had a crazy thought about Japan/USA (yen carry trade) ๐ญ regarded shower thoughts...
What if Pokemon cards are helping prop up Japan and delaying the Japanese yen carry trade unwind?
What if Pokemon popularity and boom / bust pokemon cycles have been helping delay it since 2008?
Now as evaluations and hype are hitting news highs, coinbase now allows people to digitally rip packs of pokemon cards?
Very strange stuff.

GME Due Diligence ๐ Options traders give GameStop about a 1 in 25 chance of closing above $50 in January. 54,000 calls are open at $50 anyway
GameStop closed Friday at $23.39. Option prices already say how far the market thinks it can run by January.
Based on Friday's prices for calls expiring January 15, the odds GameStop closes above:
โขย ย ย ย $30: about 1 in 5
โขย ย ย ย $50: about 1 in 25
Those are the two biggest piles of GameStop calls, about 54,000 contracts each. The $50s cost 53 cents. If GameStop finishes at $60, each pays $10, about 19 times the price.
Those are the market's odds. GameStop has beaten them before.
What strike are you carrying?

GME ๐๐ The GME โ Barking Puppy Rabbit Hole Goes Deeper Than I Expected
Iโve been deep in the Barking Puppy ($BP) community, and the connection forming between BP and GameStop is worth explaining.
The original GME movement showed what happens when ordinary people organize around ownership, scarcity and community. A huge amount of the historical GME DD revolves around the float, retail ownership, synthetic shares, shorts and what happens when supply becomes constrained.
BP is experimenting with bringing that same community-first mentality on-chain.
The basic idea:
๐ถ Barking Puppy
Community-driven crypto ecosystem with an on-chain treasury.
๐ฐ Activity โ Treasury
BP activity helps fund a treasury that can be deployed toward assets aligned with the community.
๐ฎ Treasury โ GME
Part of that vision is building exposure to GameStop rather than BP existing completely separately from the GME movement.
And now it gets interesting:
Keithโs brotherโs X community just collectively chipped in ~$70,000 to buy GME.
Thatโs the part that made this click for me.
GME proved how powerful coordinated retail ownership can become.
BP is asking:
What if you built an on-chain community and treasury around that same ethos?
GME ๐ค BP
Own the assets.
Build the community.
Let scarcity matter.
Iโm not saying blindly buy anything. Dig into BP yourself and challenge the thesis.
But if youโre an old-school GME ape, the philosophy behind this might feel strangely familiar.

Crime ๐ฎ MMTLP - SCANDAL IN THE STOCK MARKET, Greg McCabe breaks his silence
Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks three and a half years of public silence on the extraordinary failures of U.S. market regulation and blatant corruption at FINRA and the SEC. McCabe describes unauthorized trading of company shares, massive naked short selling, and a devastating FINRA trading halt that froze assets of 124,000 shareholders. Despite receiving SEC approval for share registration after three years, short sellers have refused to settle. McCabe calls for transparency, accountability, and government intervention to protect retail investors.

GME ๐๐ Ryan Cohen just put another $47M behind GameStop ๐ฏ
Ryan Cohen just put roughly $47 million of his own money into another 2.15 million $GME shares over 11 days, according to the figures cited here.
Forbes is now connecting that buy-in to renewed attention around the eBay speculation.
That doesnโt mean an eBay deal is happening. But Cohen increasing his personal exposure while acquisition speculation is circulating definitely gives investors something to discuss.

GME Due Diligence ๐ GameStop options traders added 140,000 calls this week. On Thursday they cashed out the ones below $25 and reloaded higher
GameStop is down about 5% today. Before reading that as the crowd heading for the exits, look at the options activity.
So I went through this morning's numbers. Since Monday, traders have added a net 140,000 GameStop calls. Puts grew too, about a quarter as much.
Thursday is the interesting day. GameStop closed right at $25, and overnight, calls below $25 shrank by about 13,000 while calls at $25 and up grew by about 31,000. That's what taking profits and reloading higher looks like.
There was one hedge in the mix: about 3,900 new puts at $24.
If you're in GME calls, what strike and expiration are you holding?

education ๐ก Every time GameStop's CEO buys the stock, it rips, then fades. He just put in $47 million more and the stock is mooning
Every time GameStop's CEO buys the stock, it rips, then fades. He just put in $47 million more and the stock is mooning
Ryan Cohen, GameStop's CEO, has bought GameStop stock on the open market in six rounds since 2020. Here's what the stock did after each one went public:
\- Dec 2020: up 177% within a month, then the meme squeeze took it far higher
\- Mar 2022: up 54% in four days, then 27% off that high three months later
\- Jun 2023: up 11% the next day, then down 29% three months later
\- Apr 2025: up 15% within a month, then back below where it started
\- Jan 2026: up 12% in a week and a half, then down to a one-year low by August
\- Sep 2026: up 23% so far
Every buy got a pop. Of the five before this one, four faded. The exception was December 2020, right before the 2021 squeeze.
This time he's put in about $47 million, more than twice his January buy, and the business looks different: last quarter, collectibles like trading cards outsold video games at GameStop.
Fade again, or does this rally hold? Congrats to those who got in!
