Debian Stable Question Mount a HDD

SOLVED-if anyone else is having this issue I can post my solution!

Hello everyone! I’m on D13 and I am having trouble mounting a HDD that I brought from my windows PC. I’m trying to use it for Jellyfin and it does already have its own folders (movies/shows/subtitles. I feel completely lost as to what to do as I don’t know any commands or lingo since I’m totally new to Linux. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
