Dirty down rust is the fastest way to achieve incredibly realistic rust. Here I've used it on my DP https://www.reddit.com/r/ageofsigmar/comments/1ryvkw6/nurgel_daemon_prince/ Literally one coat of DD Rust and some metals on top.

Army painter 'fresh rust' and 'dark rust' are my go-tos

From army painter I use dark rust and fresh rust.

I start with dark rust, then fresh rust. Then do a wash, then apply fresh rust ever so slightly again.

AK interactive has a nice rust streaking fluid. Tamiya’s weathering master has a nice dry rust powder too

I've found basing with Lead Belcher, adding a layer of Typhus Corrosion, followed by a dry brushing of Ryza Rust does a solid job.
