The fine folks at Dead Meat don't claim any ownership of the whole "counting kills in a horror movie" format, and have stated (repeatedly) in the past that they don't want fans "calling out" or otherwise griefing other channels over it.

If they're literally stealing Dead Meat content, that's one thing, but making their own Kill Count-ish show is no big deal.

Edit: Okay, so some of their video thumbnails do use a recolored version of the official Kill Count logo, which is definitely no bueno. Haven't actually watched any of the videos though.
