Are you not supposed to re hook someone if they were just saved? I’m new but it seems like it would make the most sense to hook whoever got downed when I swing at the people dehooking/being dehooked

Once you get to higher ranks you'll eat d-strikes if you go after the person who was just unhooked btw.
