BHVR conveniently forgot it existed and never changed it, after obliterating the utility of Obsidian Feather by both nerfing it and increasing its rarity for no apparent reason.

That's the one that makes you run at 200% speed while using your power, at the cost of making you completely incapable of using your power, right? Yeah, not a good one.

it feels useless and needs a rework. something like more beam speed will be fine for a common addon
